Returns
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, also during the collection sale.
How it works
1. Email info@farshistan.com within 14 days with your order number.
2. Send the rug back unused, rolled and well packed, within 14 days of that email, with track & trace.
3. The return shipping is paid by you.
4. We refund the full order amount, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of your message. We may wait until we have received the rug or you have shown proof of shipping.
If a rug is returned used or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value.
