With a Persian pattern it also becomes something to look at: a centre, a border, and lots of small details in between.

Our rugs carry the patterns of classic Persian rugs: medallions, flowers, tiles and borders. They are machine-woven, very dense, with a short, soft pile.
They are not hand-knotted and not wool. We would rather say that straight away. What it does mean: a price that fits a normal home, and a rug that can handle chairs, children and coffee.

A regular rug
Often plain or a simple print. Thin and light. It fills the floor, but gives the room little character.

Which diameter do I need under my dining table?
Take the diameter of your table and add about 120 cm. Ø 200 cm fits under a round table of up to about 80 cm.
Is a rug under the dining table not impractical?
With a low 7 mm pile, chairs slide over it easily. Crumbs come out with the vacuum cleaner, and the pattern hides small spots.
Is the same pattern available as a rectangle?
Yes. Goli, Parisa and Shahnaz also come as rectangles, in several sizes.
Is the rug hand-made?
No. Our rugs are machine-woven on modern looms, with classic Persian patterns. We say so on every product page.
What is it made of?
The pile is heat-set acrylic, about 7 mm high. The backing is woven from polyester and cotton. It is not wool.
When will my rug arrive?
Order on a working day before 3 pm and we ship it the same day. In the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg it reaches you within 3 working days, free of charge.
Can I send it back?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. The rug must be unused. You pay for the return shipping; please send it with tracking. We refund you within 7 days of receiving and checking it.
Are the colours in the photos accurate?
We photograph every rug as true to colour as we can, but screens and daylight differ. In your own room a colour can look slightly different.
How do I care for it?
Vacuum regularly, ideally without a rotating brush. Blot a spill straight away with a cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap; do not rub. A new rug can shed a few loose fibres in the first weeks; that stops by itself.
